CHILDREN & EXTRA BED POLICY:

1. Children under 5 years are free as per meal plan, ages from 5-10 are granted 50% discount of adult rate.
2. Room will apply, with a maximum of 1 children.
3. Extra Bed charge JD 25.000 BB (Inclusive to service charge and tax) for a maximum one extra bed in the room.
4. Children below 16 years are not allowed to enter the health club.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY:

1. Free cancelation 2 days prior of the arrival date.
2. One night charge will be paid to the hotel in case of No-Show or cancelled less than 2 days prior of the arrival date.
3. All reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.

2. The breakfast buffet is served at the main restaurant from 7:00 am till 11:00 am.
3. Hard drinks are not allowed and are not served at Opal Hotel Amman.
4. Couples wishing to share a room must provide a marriage certificate upon check-in.
5. Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Early Access to rooms prior to this time will be subject to availability, check out Time Is 12:00 noon.
